Regarding the timeline, we’d like to clarify for future reference that the '2-3 day' option refers to the courier's transit time after the package leaves our studio. Since your order was placed over the weekend, production started on Monday. As stated on our product page, crafting a high-quality print takes 1-3 business days before it ships. Once handed to DHL, the package was indeed delivered within 2 business days. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy your art!
