30 days to return an unframed print, for any reason.

30-day returns

You can return an unframed print within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Every print is made to order, and we still want you to be happy with it.

How to return a print

Email info@topartprint.com with your order number, and we will reply with the return instructions. Please send the print back in its original packaging and in good condition. The return postage is yours unless the print is faulty.

Refund

Once the print is back with us, we refund it to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless the fault is ours.

Stretched and framed prints

Stretcher bars and frames are cut and built to your size, so stretched and framed prints cannot be returned. If one arrives damaged, we replace it.

Damaged in transit

Email us a photo of the damage within one week of delivery, with your order number. We reprint and reship the print at our cost, and you do not need to send the damaged one back.
