You are granted limited access to this website for personal, non-commercial use. You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit this website or any of its content for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: product images, descriptions, layouts, design elements, trademarks, videos, logos, pricing data, and any text content. You may not use meta tags, search terms, or other hidden text using our trademarks or brand name without express written consent.

Product Pricing and Availability
All product prices listed on the website are final at the time of purchase. While we strive to maintain updated availability information, we reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions are accurate and complete. If you receive a product that does not match its description, you may return it in unused condition for a replacement or refund.
Purchasing Process and Order Confirmation
To place an order, simply add your chosen item(s) to the shopping cart and proceed through the checkout steps. During checkout, you will be asked to provide your shipping address and select a payment method.
After completing your payment, you will first receive a payment confirmation email from the payment processor.
Within a few hours, once we have manually verified the payment and reviewed your order, you will receive a second email from us confirming your order and its processing status.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a final email with tracking information.
If you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours after placing your order, please contact us at info@topartprint.com.
Production and Fulfilment Timelines
We aim to produce and dispatch your artwork as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note the following estimated production times:
Unframed prints: Printed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.
Framed prints: Custom-made and typically require 7–8 business days for production.
If a specific frame is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you by email and offer an alternative or updated delivery schedule.
Please note: production time is in addition to shipping time. Shipping timelines depend on the delivery method selected at checkout.
Delivery Information
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected product(s), whether the artwork is framed, the total volume and weight, and the delivery destination.
Unframed prints: We offer free standard shipping for up to two unframed prints per order, provided that the short side does not exceed 59 cm (approx. 23 inches). Express shipping is available, with delivery in 2–4 business days, depending on the destination.
Framed artworks: Shipping fees apply and are calculated during checkout. Framed prints are shipped exclusively via Express Service
Tracking Information:
All Express shipments are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Standard shipping includes partial tracking, with updates at key transit points.
Return Policy
At TopArtPrint, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Please email info@topartprint.com in advance with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
A replacement or full refund will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
We recommend using a traceable shipping service.
Framed artworks are made to order. Returns are only accepted at our discretion and must be justified by a valid reason.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or any purchase made through it shall be resolved under Bulgarian jurisdiction.
