Hi Sarah, I'm so glad you love the print and the colors! Thank you for the packaging feedback - we'll implement your suggestion with paper wrapping and distributed tape. The canvas is designed to be stretched on a frame, and once it's mounted and tensioned, it will pull tight like a drum and any puckering will disappear completely. That's the normal state for canvas prints. Thanks again for your kind words!

Genn, thank you for this wonderfully detailed review and for sharing your personal connection to Bouguereau's "La Bohémienne." Your passion for the painting comes through brilliantly. A few quick notes: Paint smell: Completely normal with fresh giclée prints—it'll fade within a few days in open air. Rolled image-side-in: We do this to protect the printed surface during shipping. Image-side-out risks scratches and scuffs, especially over long distances. We know it adds a step when stretching, but it keeps the print pristine. Original size (42 x 59"): We'd love to offer that scale, but sourcing high-resolution files at museum dimensions isn't always feasible. If we ever secure one for this piece, you'll be the first to know. The painting's whereabouts: We're as frustrated as you are. The deaccessioning story is heartbreaking, and unfortunately we have no insider knowledge. If it ever resurfaces publicly, we hope it's soon—and that you're around to see it. Holiday best to you in Minneapolis, and may 2026 bring some answers about "La Bohémienne." Namaste :)
