We sincerely apologize for this experience. The damage during transit was unfortunate, and we should have handled the resolution better from the start. We sent a replacement stretcher but initially suggested the customer install it themselves, which was unreasonable. We then offered to cover professional reframing costs, but we understand the customer's frustration with our approach. We've learned from this and are reviewing our processes to ensure better customer service going forward.
