Frequently Asked Questions/Help

Should you have a different question, you can ask it individually here

How do you create your giclée art prints?

In order for us to make a unique quality print of painting, imitating the perfection of the original artwork, we use the latest and most advanced digital printing systems. Our printers employ 12 color systems which bring realism and richness of color to new levels of quality, reliability and durability. The extremely small drop sizes and the widest available color range help us achieve exceptional realistic colors and fine detail. The composition of ink is completely safe and environmentally friendly, and the durability of prints without any color changes lasts for more than 100 years.

If you have ordered a giclée art print without a frame, it will be printed and prepared for shipping within 2-3 days. Should you wish to have your art print framed, this will take a little more time, for the frame will have to be made specifically for your order. The framing process takes about 7 or 8 business days.

Can my art print be framed?

Yes, absolutely. We offer a wide variety of frames that can harmonize every interior style. The frames offered by us are made of wood or polystyrene from the best European manufacturers, and they are in line with the latest trends in interior design. Because of the constraints imposed by courier companies, we frame art prints with a maximum length of 70 cm. The framing function is active for the paintings from our catalog, which fall into this size.

It is extremely easy to order an external frame, liner or mat for your print. You can see our framing tool on the detail page of each painting. Its use is intuitive and convenient.

Once you order a framed art print, we shall stretched the canvas on a stretcher-bar. Then, an outer frame is created and assembled, which gives the painting a finishing touch. On the back of the frame we place a suspension system. When you get the framed artwork, it will be fully ready to be hung up on the wall.

How can I order an art print with size other than the one offered?

In the detail page of each painting on our website you will see a resizing tool. You can use the red top and bottom arrows to change the size of the printed area proportionally (the measurement unit is inches). If any of the arrows is gray and inactive, this means that the maximum possible size in which the painting can be printed has been reached.
Please keep in mind that we frame artworks with a maximum length of up to 70 cm. For all sizes above this limit the picture framing tool will become inactive.

How should I maintain and take care of my art print?

If you have ordered a unframed art print, it must be stretched on a stretcher-bar and framed with an outer frame, as this is the natural state of a painting. You can order a frame in your local frame-shop.
If you have ordered a framed art print, you will just have to hang it up on the wall of your choice.

Maintaining the artwork in your home is extremely easy. Just follow some simple rules:
Do not use detergents, but only a soft and dry cloth.
Do not place the art print on a wall exposed to direct sunlight for more than 5-6 hours a day.
Do not worry if some water gets on the surface of the art print. Just soak up the water with a dry cloth.
